Double Outline Shimmering Lettering Pen Set – 8 Colors

What is this Pen?! How does it work?? In essence this is two pens in one. It starts like a standard paint pen (shake and depress tip to start flow), and then the magic happens! The color penetrates the paper and a silvery sheen sits on top leaving color outline. Testing and experimenting on your materials are absolutely necessary but in general here’s what you can expect: Non-absorbant materials the two different inks will mix and work like colored metalic pens. Absorbant papers will allow the ink to penetrate and halo the silver metallic ink – giving the outline effect. Darker paper will tend to hide the colored ink but highlight the metalic silvery ink. Lighter papers will showcase the colored outline better. If applied too heavily, the metalic sheen will lift off the paper. To prevent leaking make sure the tip base is tight on the pen body. To ensure this, best practice is to pull and slightly twist tighter as you remove the pen cap (righty tighty – lefty loosey:) This product conforms to the health requirements of ATSM D-4236 .
